**PosherVA** is a powerful automated virtual assistant that helps you automatically share items, make bulk offers, get more followers, and make more sales on Poshmark.

# Installing the App

The current version of the **PosherVA** is made to be used on a **computer** (mac, pc, laptop, or chromebook) in the Google Chrome browser.
If you don't have Google Chrome, you can download and install it from here - [download the google chrome browser.](https://www.google.com/chrome/)
### How to install PosherVA plugin on your computer.
It only takes a few minutes to install PosherVA on your computer. Once installed, you’ll be able to start engaging more clients and growing your sales on Poshmark.
#### **STEP 1.** Go to the [Chrome Web Store](https://posherva.com/chrome) and install PosherVA extension. Click button Add to Chrome.
#### STEP 2. Click button Add extension.

#### STEP 3. After a successful installation you will see the following message.

Before starting using the PosherVA you have to signup an account, follow the below instructions.

# Share Limits
### **How Many Shares Should I Do?**
We **don't recommend** sharing more than 6000 - 8000 daily.
#### **Why can not I share unlimited, and what happens if I do?**
The Poshmark has a non-official share limit on how many shares you can do per day or last 24 hours.
No one exactly knows that number (except Poshmark employees) also depends on several factors:
* how old your closet
* how many listings do you have
* speed of sharing
* etc...
**We assume, and see it in practice, that it is about 6000-8000 shares daily.** Again, it can be less if you have a small closet (rough up to 200 listings) or a bit larger if you are an experienced seller with Ambassador status and have been selling on the Poshmark for years.
In the PosherVA, we default set the Daily share limit to 6000. You can edit this value in the [**OPTIONS**](/interface-overview/popup-window/options-tab) tab in the extension.
When you share more than the recommended limit several days a row, you can get a **Poshmark share jail**.
### **A little about Poshmark Share Jail**
Poshmark "share jail" helps prevent the platform from becoming overloaded. If everyone was able to share an unlimited amount of items on the platform, it would require a lot of money to maintain the platform. To prevent this, Poshmark restricts users who share a lot more items than what is considered reasonable in a single day. This helps keep the platform running smoothly for everyone.
When you share more than the recommended limit several days a row, you can get a Poshmark share jail.
When you have share jail, you temporarily can't share listings. You still can press the share button on the item, but the share event doesn't happen, your items didn't update, and you won't see the message about success sharing.
**While your closet could be in share jail, you can still do all other operations on the Poshmark, such as listing, following, and making offers.**
### How long can the share restriction or share jail last?
We noticed based on closets that work with the PosherVA (who share a lot), usually in a few hours (2-4). However, it depends on how often you have this restriction.
### How do I get out of it? Is it risky for my account?
Don't worry at all. You need to make pause sharing for a few hours, and you should be able to share again.
### It's only morning, and I've only shared 1000 times (items), but I'm already on share jail. What is wrong?
Poshmark has a specific cumulative effect here. It depends on how much you shared in previous days. When you share too much or close to the limit on a few days in a row, you could have a shared jail the next day even if you didn't share too many. Don't scary. Just wait a bit, and you will be able to share again.
### How Many **Follows** Should I Do?
The limit for follows is also the same. Roughly 6000 follows in a day.
The same limit to Unfollow.

## Most common usage questions
Some of the questions would come to you after you start using the service. Feel free to back here or ask us.
### Does my computer have to be on and not in sleep mode in order to do tasks?
Yes, since the extension works on the computer. When the computer is going to sleep, that stops all programs, including the PosherVA extension.
It would be best if you disabled sleep mode and don't close the laptop, but you can turn off the display. We can send you an example of the configuration. Contact us for help.

*We are working on the next version of the service that will work independently from the computer, and you will be free of this limitation.*
### Does Chrome need to be launched in order to do tasks?
Yes, but you can switch to other programs or websites, even minimize the browser.
### Does the Poshmark closet need to be displayed?
No, the extension works in the browser background mode. You don't need to open the Poshmark to start sharing and keeping the tab open while sharing is running.
### How to start to share my closet?
There a two way to start sharing:
1. Start sharing now - open the extension and click **Start -** [more details](/features/share-items/share-to-followers)
2. Start sharing later by time once or every day - add Share Schedule [more details](/features/schedule-sharing#how-to-setup-schedule)
### How to share continually my available item every day?
To start sharing automatically every day add Share Schedule. Here a detailed instruction on how to set up
### What is the Number of items to share (0 - share all) and what should I put here?
When you share your own closet or create a schedule is always good to keep **0 - share all.** The PosherVA will share all available listings. \
That useful when you want to share someone's closet and just the first 10 listings, and you enter 10.
### I click Start, that started, but after some time the status is idle and keep that. Why did that stop?
When you start sharing it share a closet once, from start to end once. To share closet few times in loop enable [Continuous sharing](/features/continuous-sharing-mode).
### When my closet goes thru the share and it says sleeping until next round? It takes a few moments to start the sharing again, is that normal?
Yes, that delay between Continuous share loops. You can edit this delay on the [OPTIONS tab](/features/continuous-sharing-mode#how-to-use).
### Can I add more than one Schedule?
Yes, you can create multiple Schedules with different times and different share options. Click the Schedule button again and choose a new time.\
Every Schedule remembers the share options that were chosen before you click schedule. So you can add different schedules, like share to followers, and the next one share to party. [More details about Schedule](/features/schedule-sharing)
### Can I use the extension on multiple computers for the same closet with one account? In home and work computer?
Yes. You need to install the extension and log in with your PosherVA account. Don't create a separate account on the second computer for the same closet.
### I have set up Schedules on my home computer, but don't see them on the work computer?
The Schedules, Follow, and Offer Watcher doesn't sync between computers. The extension sync only the stats and limits, to calculate the usage correctly.
### How to edit share options in the existing Schedule?
There's not this option right now, we will add that later. Remove the old Schedule and add a new one.
### What is Share daily limit? I thought that unlimited while Free Trial and in Paid.
The limit to keep the closet safe under the posh radar, and prevent you from posh jail. You can edit the limit on the OPTIONS tab. We don't recommend sharing more than 8K daily.
### Can I have it to share to followers and posh party at the same time?
Yes, check if you have enabled the option **Share eligible listings to party** on the share options. [Read more](/features/share-items/share-to-followers#share-eligible-listings-to-party) about how does that works.
### How do I send automatically offers when someone likes my listings?
You need to use Offer Watcher. Follow the instruction [OfferWatcher](/features/offer-watcher)
### I noticed when someone likes an item, the auto offer sends the offer to ALL likers. Is that right?
Yes, that how Poshmark OTL works, you send offers to items, not individually for likers. But actually, the offer won't send to the previous likers who already had an offer with that discount.\
\
The offer must be at least 10% below the lowest offer a potential buyer has received for the same listing in the last 90 days. If it is the first offer a potential buyer receives, the offer must be at least 10% below the current listing price.
### How does Offer Watcher work when I turn my computer off for the night?
After you resume the computer, the PosherVA will send offers to the items that people had liked while the computer was in sleep mode or shutdown.
### How to send offers only for old items? i.e. items that have been for sale for longer?
Yes, you can set the listings age filter when sending [**Bulk Offers**](/features/send-bulk-offers).\
For example: *Exclude items listed in the last 90 days*
### Does it automatically follow a person if they like an item in my closet?
No, but we plan to add this in the following updates.
### I changed my user name on Poshmark, and PosherVA can't share my items. How to update that?
You need to log out from the Poshmark on the browser and then login back.
### How to check the extension version?

### I forgot my password and can't login, can you help?
You can log in only by email. Or reset the password on the page\
## Billing
### What’s the difference between the free and paid version of PosherVA?
See the [pricing](https://posherva.com/#pricing) section for more information about the differences between the free and paid versions of PosherVA.
### How Do I Upgrade to a paid version?
To upgrade your account to the paid version, login into a [dashboard](https://app.posherva.com/account), and navigate to the Account tab, follow instructions on the page.
### Do you offer a long-billing subscription for six months or annually?
No, since February 2022, only a monthly subscription has been available.
### What is the refund policy?
* We don't offer refunds for monthly plans after 7 days following the payment.
* We don't offer refunds for Quarterly, 6 Months, and Year/Annual plans if you stopped selling on Poshmark and don't need our service. **You took the discount on these plans and accept this risk.** These plans have no longer been available since February 2022.
If due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities, the software will not function, we may issue a refund.\
In order for us to issue a refund, you must contact support and describe your issue. And if we are unable to fix the issue, we will refund the unused days/month of the current billing interval.
To request a refund, contact us [help@posherva.com](mailto:help@posherva.com?subject=Refund). If you get a refund, you will lose access to the paid features of your subscription unlocked.
### What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, the features your subscription unlocked will be unavailable to you after the time you’ve already paid for has expired.
### How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription contact us by email [help@posherva.com](mailto:help@posherva.com?subject=CancelSub) or do it by yourself in the user account area in the [dashboard](https://app.posherva.com/account).
## General
### Can I run PosherVA on a mobile device?
Sorry, but there is currently no mobile functionality, only on the desktop Chrome browser. We are working on mobile version, subscript to our [newsletter](https://landing.mailerlite.com/webforms/landing/j4w6x6) to get notified about releases
### Is it safe to use automation?
Yes, if you follow the tips that we outline (see details in documentation).
### What is sharing and following limit?
That's the recommended max number of actions per day to prevent the soft ban you closet. If you share too much, Poshmark might Soft Ban you and pause sharing for 24 hours. How much is too much sharing? We’ve found that if you share 5000-6000 times per day you are generally safe, although your mileage may vary.
### Can I use It on Safari browser?
Right now, PosherVA is only available for Google Chrome. You can install the Chrome browser as a second one as well, and keep it for PosherVA.
### Do you support Canada Poshmark?
Currently, the only US, we will add Canada soon.
## Troubleshooting
### I'm getting SuspectedBotError error after every listing and have a high number of Captcha in stats?
It's a temporary issue, and we almost have a solution for that. To fix it right now do the next steps:
1. remove the extension\
Open the page and click Remove from Chrome
2. restart the computer
3. add the extension back. Open the page and click Add To Chrome\
# Daily stats VS In last 24 hours stats
### What is different?
The **Daily** stats count share/follow/**..** and other actions based on a **calendar day** and **resetting at midnight.**
The **In last 24 hours stats** calculated continuously, from the current moment to the past 24 hours.
For example, at the current moment is 11AM, so STATS displays all actions from now (today 11AM) to yesterday 11AM.
If you don't plan to share like a crazy 🙂, 9-10K every day, **DAILY** is a good choice.

# Troubleshooting
## Trying to share my closet but nothing is happening after click Start?
Restart the computer to reload the browser and try again to start Sharing.
## The extension doesn't accept my login. I click Login and nothing happens.
You need to reinstall the extension.\

# SHARE TAB
Let's review the sharing features, we offer a wide range of options for the sharing task.
### **Type of sharing**
* ➡️**To followers**: Share every item on the page to your followers.
* ➡️**To posh party**: Share every item on the page to a Poshmark active party.
* ➡️**ENL**: Edit → Next → List method. Edit and Share all of your items.
### **Source of items**
Specify a page with the items you intend to share, this could be your closet, someone else’s closet, the main feed, or a party.
* **My closet**: PosherVA will automatically identify your closet page and pull items from there to share (use default items order: Just Shared). *You don't have to be on My Closet page,* PosherVA knows your closet page.
* **From current page:** share items from a current open Poshmark page, this could be your closet, someone else’s closet, the main feed, a party page, category page, or brand page.
### Sharing speed
The delay between sharing item action in seconds.
The PosherVA will it share items with random seconds based on the selected value, so it mimics human sharing. For example: if you select ***slow*** speed, items will share in random value between 4-7 seconds.
#### Custom sharing speed
The Minimum and Maximum time (**in seconds**) for the custom sharing speed.
The sharing process with custom speed will randomly select a time between those two numbers in **seconds** for the delay between sharing action to make it seem more natural.
For example, when you set 5 for the minimum, and 10 for the maximum. Then the PosherVA would share randomly between 5 and 10 seconds.
### Sharing options
The detailed tuning of sharing process options:
* **Number of items to share:** share a certain number of items or all closet items.
* when you make community sharing (from feed, someone else’s closet) default max number is 500.
* **Share only available items**: enabled by default.
* **Reverse sharing order**: share your closet in reverse order, from the bottom to top.
* **Randomize:** randomize your sharing order per page. Otherwise, items will be shared in the order they appear.
* **Continuous sharing:** continuous mode will share the items over and over again.
* **Continuous Loop Limit:** specify how many times you want continuous mode to loop before stopping. For example, if you wanted to share your entire closet 3 times, you would put 3 into the Continuous Loop Limit.
### Activity Log:
Show your running activity during the sharing process.

Navigate to FOLLOW tab.
**Unfollow**: start unfollow task for your closet (**hot to run unfollow**).
**Queue of tasks**: list of follow task and their status (**how to follow users**).

Navigate to ACTIONS tab.
Under the actions tab currently available one feature: **Send bulk offers**.
**Send bulk offers** - send your bulk offers to everyone who has liked the listing.

### Sharing options
* **Daily sharing limit:** a maximum number of shares that PosherVA does in a calendar day.\
If you share too much, Poshmark might Soft Ban you or put you in Share Jail. How much is too much sharing? We’ve found that if you share 4000-5000 times per day you are generally safe, although your mileage may vary.
* **Continuous delay:** this settings related to [Continues Sharing](/interface-overview/popup-window/share-tab#sharing-options) mode.\
Continuous delay lets you randomize your sharing by adding a delay after sharing your closet on continuous mode.
That random number will be how long it pauses (in minutes) before sharing your closet again.
* **Share NOT FOR SALE:** enable or disable to share not for sale listings.
* **Reverse sharing as a default**: enable or disable share your closet listing from the Bottom to Top. This option switch to On the sharing option ***Reverse sharing order .***
### Follow options
* **Daily follow limit:** a maximum number of follow that PosherVA does in a calendar day.
* **Only active users:** follow only account who recently visited Poshmark.

Recently visited: users who recently visited Poshmark. You can find this information under the **About** page in someone's closet, *Last Active* field. PosherVA automatically check this data.

From this menu you be able to Follow users listed in a closet's 'followers' or 'following'.
# What is Subset from page?
You could see the option **Source of items: From current page** or **Subset of items: Subset from page** guessing what that means?
When you share items with options **Source of items: Source of items**
That **doesn't require opening the Poshmark closet page**, PosherVA will do everything in the background from you.
The same for **Bulk Offers** or **Bulk price update** when you choosing - **Subset of items: Subset from page**
### **BUT, what to do when you want to drop the price or send offers for only one certain Category or brand?**
We have the solution for you, and that is where we use **Subset from page**.
You can open a posh closet page, and use any filters: Category, Brand, Price, etc.
### Follow the steps:
1\) open closet page \
2\) set a category, or brand, or price, etc \
3\) and on the PosherVA set option **“subset from page”** in the Bulk Offer section or Bulk price update.

**PosherVA** performs sharing in many different ways.

# Share to Followers
## Shares each item on the page to your followers
It's supported on the next page types:
* your closet (My closet page)
* main feed
* any other user’s closet
* party page
### Steps to use PosherVA to share items on Poshmark:
1. Open the PosherVA window. This can be done by clicking on the PosherVA icon in your browser's toolbar. ([how to open](/interface-overview/popup-window)).
2. In the PosherVA window, select the type of sharing you want to do. In this case, select "**Type of Sharing: To Followers**".
3. Set the **Source of the items** you want to share. You can choose to share items from your own closet (**My Closet**) or use Poshmark's category or brand filters to select specific items (Current page - if you want to use Poshmark category or brand filter - [read more](/features/share-items/share-a-subset-of-my-items))
4. Set the **Speed** of the sharing, it's a delay between share events. In most cases, "Slow" or "Medium" is sufficient.
5. Set the **Number of items** you want to share. If you want to share all available items, leave this field set to 0.
6. Enable the option to **Share eligible listings to a party**. This will share your items to the specified party in addition to your followers. Read more details below about how that works.
7. Click the **"Start"** button to begin sharing, or use the **"Schedule"** option to schedule sharing for a later time. More details about [**Schedule**](/features/schedule-sharing)**.**
### Share eligible listings to party
When sharing items **To Followers**, PosherVA will prioritize sharing to the current party if the item follows the party guidelines.
For example, if you are sharing your closet during a jeans party, and have the "Share eligible listings to party" option enabled, your jeans will be shared to the party instead of just your followers. However, the sharing will continue in the same order as if you were only sharing to your followers. This allows you to share items to both your followers and the current party without disrupting the order of your sharing.

After you start sharing, you can view the progress of the sharing in the **Activity Log**. Before sharing each item, PosherVA will load the full closet or a certain number of items (if you specified this in the settings). Successfully shared items will be logged in the Activity Log, and any items that were unable to be shared will also be noted in the log. All of this happens in the background without interrupting your other activities.
#### What would happen if reCaptcha pops up?

#### Help, I want to keep my closet in a certain order!
Switch to On the **Reverse sharing order** option, thats enable a new share order your items, from the bottom.
### **Useful Notes**
If you want to share all items from **your closet**, just set **Source of items: My Closet,** PosherVA knows your closet page and automatically will load the page and start sharing, you be able to start this process from any of the browser pages, don't have to be on the Poshmark page.

# Share a subset/part of my closet
When you want to share just a subset of items from your closet to followers follow next steps.
Use this method to filter your closet by Poshmark filters and share only a specific Category, Brand, or listings in a particular price range.
### Steps
1.Navigate to the you closet (My closet) page.
2\. Use the filtering options on the left side of the page to filter items you intend to share.
3\. Open the popup PosherVA window ([how to open](/interface-overview/popup-window)).
4\. Select **Type of Sharing: To Followers**.
5\. Select **Source of items: From current page**.
6\. Select appropriate **Sharing options** ([detailed description](/interface-overview/popup-window/share-tab#sharing-options))
7\. Click the **Start** button.

# Share to Party
## Shares items an active party.
When you start **Share to Party** PosherVA automatically detects what the party is going on.
The **Share To Party** works only when there is a party going on., the PosherVA automatically detects active party and party guidelines. You can check what is a party going on on the page
PosherVA automatically applies a party guidelines and rules to your closet items and share only the relevant items. For example: for the party *Best in Bags Posh Party* PosherVA will share items only from Bags category from your closet. That's similarly working for other guidelines criteria, like Brands, Categories, etc.
### Steps
1. Open the popup PosherVA window ([how to open](/interface-overview/popup-window)).
2. Select **Type of Sharing: To party.**
3. Select **Source of items: My closet.**
4. Select appropriate options ([detailed description](/interface-overview/popup-window/share-tab#sharing-options))
5. Click the **Start** button.
### **Notes**
If no parties are happening, it will note on Activity Log "Not found an active party". Otherwise, it will note how many of your items appeared to party guidelines and start the sharing process.

# Share other people's items
Poshmark isn't the only marketplace. That's also a social platform where you can share someone's closet to hit their attention, that's also called - Community sharing.
#### Steps
1. Open the page of the closet from which you want to share items, for example,
2. Open the PosherVA popup window
3. Select **Type of Sharing: To Followers.**
4. Select **Source of items: From current page.**
5. Set **Number of items to share**
6. Click **Start.**

# Share from oldest listed to newest listed
To share listings from oldest listed to newest listed, follow the following step-by-step instruction.
1\) Open your closet page
2\) Open the menu **Sort by:** and set **Just In**
3\) Open the **PosherVA window** and choose the next share options:
* Type of sharing -> To followers
* Source of items -> From current page
* Reverse sharing order (bottom to top)
4\) Click **Start** to start sharing process.

# Share Items from New Poshers' closets
To earn the Poshmark Ambassador status, you need to share at least 50 new Poshers' listings to help welcome them to the community. We added the ability to do it in 5 minutes.

When you enter **75 Number of items to share**, that means the tool will share 1 item from 75 different New Posher closets.
### Why does the tool share "Meet Your Posher" listing?

The main goal of this feature was to help sellers reach Poshmark ambassador status. And one of the criteria to be met to become a Posh Ambassador is New Poshers Shares (Discover and share items from at least 50 new closets).
And since a large part of the New Poshers closets contains only one listing, "Meet Your Posher" the tool will share these listings despite you having selected share only available items, and shares on these listings will count towards the Posh Ambassador criteria.
We will look for a way to add an option to share only items for sale.

# Share NOT FOR SALE listimgs
If you have NOT FOR SALE listings and you what to share them and keep the order of closet.
There are two options for this.\
\
1\) Most customers do that, and this works well.\
Make **Not for sale** to sale with a very high price, and PosherVA will share that correctly, in order.
2\) Enable options **Share NOT FOR SALE,** you can do that in the OPTIONS tab.\
But you need to remove old, not actual listings with **Not for Sale**, which could be mixed inside sold listing. Because PosherVA will share them too.\
This solution works well, but not always perfectly. \
We are trying to find a better solution.
When you share your own closet is better to keep **Number Of Items To Share** - 0, because PosherVA could skip some items.
If PosherVA mix your items, you can rearrange that with Closet Organizer

# Continuous sharing mode
Continuous sharing mode will share the selected items over and over again. It works with all type of sharing:
* To Followers
* To Party
* ENL
### How to use:
When you are starting sharing process, enable **Continuous sharing** option, and enter the **Continuous Loop Limit -** how many times you want continuous mode to loop before stopping.
For example, if you wanted to share your entire closet 3 times, you would put 3 into the **Continuous Loop Limit** box. Then, when sharing on Continuous Mode, the app will stop after sharing your closet 3 times.
You can also specify an amount of time to pause between sharing loop interaction. In the [**OPTIONS**](/interface-overview/popup-window/options-tab) tab there’s a **Continuous Delay** field with two text inputs. Those text inputs are where you’ll put the minimum time and maximum time (in minutes) for the continuous delay.\
The continuous delay will randomly select a time between those two numbers when sharing an item to make it seem more natural.
For example, you could put in **5** for the minimum, and **15** for the maximum. Then the tool would pause at the end of sharing for a random number of minutes between 5 and 15 minutes.
#### Could it overshsare my closet?
Sharing is running until it reaches a limit of iteration OR the general share daily limit. In case when the share limit reached earlier, the sharing stop, to prevent oversharing and keep your account safe. So keep a [daily sharing limit](/interface-overview/popup-window/options-tab#sharing-options) actual.

# Send Bulk offers
PosherVA allows sending a bulk offers.
#### What it is?
As you may know, the Poshmark allows seller send offer to likes ([OTL method](https://blog.poshmark.com/2018/02/24/new-feature-alert-offer-to-likers/)), but if you have a dozen or hundreds of active items it could spend a lot of you time to do it. \
With PosherVA you can do it only with just one click.
The app scans your items and selects those that have at least one Liker, and sends your offer discount.

For listings with shipping discounts (built-in), offers will be sent with the listing shipping discount if your offer shipping discount lower.\
What is a build-in shipping discount? Since March 2021 you can set a shipping discount while listing the item.\

Keep in mind, please. When you send an offer it sends it to everyone who liked the listing, not individually.\
The offer must be at least 10% below the lowest offer a potential buyer has received for the same listing in the last 90 days. If it is the first offer a potential buyer receives, the offer must be at least 10% below the current listing price.

### Steps
1. Open the popup PosherVA window ([how to open](/interface-overview/popup-window)).
2. Navigate to **ACTIONS** tab.
3. Enter **Your Offer** percent.
4. Select a **Shipping Discount.**
5. Select **Subset of items**
\- **All -** scan all your items and send offer to items with \
\- **Subset from page** - to fetch listings from your open closet page. It could be filtered items for a particular brand or category.\
\- **From newsfeed -** fetch recently liked listings from Likes news feed
6. You can add items age filter, to skip recently listed items. For example: send offer for items older than 30 days. Set 30 to the **Exclude items listed in the last.**
7. Click the **Start** button.
After the start, it could take some time to load and analyze items, so don't worry.

# Send offers for recent like from the News Feed
If you don't want to send offers for the entire closet, and only for items that were like in recent days or hours. Follow the below instruction.

1\) Open the PosherVA popup window, by click the icon on the Chrome toolbar. And navigate to the **ACTIONS** tab.

3\) Choose the preferred date and time range. And PosherVa sends offers for items that were liked at this time range.
4\) Click **Start.**

# Send offers for a specific category or brand
To send offers only for a specific category or brand follow the next steps.
1\) Open your Poshmark closet
2\) Set the filters for category or brand or both. You can use any available Poshmark filters: category, brand, price.
3\) Open the **PosherVA** window, navigate to the **ACTIONS** tab, and open Bulk Offers.
4\) Select offers options and select **Subset of items: Subset from page**
5\) Select the rest of the options and click Start. After start you can close the Poshmark page, PosherVA will work in the background, **but** don't close the browser.
# Offer for listing with shipping discount
Poshmark rule about OTL for listing with shipping discount

For example, if you have listing with a shipping discount - FREE (7.45) and trying to send an Offer with a shipping discount 4.99 the PosherVA will send an offer with FREE shipping discount. Because your shipping discount is lower than the listing shipping discount.

# Follow Users
**The recommended daily follow limit is up to 6000. In case when you follow more every day you could have follow jail.**

We have finally added the Follow full automation option.

Choose what type of closets you would like to follow:
1. **Follow Closets (Ordinary closets)** - the ones you can see when opening your or someone's Followers list. The PosherVA automatically goes to different Followers lists and follow closets.
*- Enter the daily follow limit, the number of closets you want to follow daily.*
2. **Follow Fresh Closet** - closets where an owner of the closet recently joined to poshmark and added new listings.
*- Enter the daily follow limit, the number of closets you want to follow daily.*
3. **Follow Just Joined** - closets that were recently registered.
*- Enter the daily follow limit, the number of closets you want to follow daily.*
4. **Unfollow daily.** The tool unfollows people from your Following list from top to bottom one by one.
*- Enter the daily unfollow limit, the number of closets you want to unfollow daily.*\
\
***!!!!! We are not sure if Unfollow is useful. Fewer customers use it, but pay attention when the tool unfollows people. It meets more captchas than Follow or Share.***
5. Activate the option to **Run follow only in a specific time window**. For example, start to follow after 7:00 AM and end at 10:00 PM. \
**Following people in the daytime is a lot more effective.**
Activate the **follow** options and press Save. After that, the PosherVA will automatically find closets to follow in the background while the computer active.

The system automatically starts and pauses the process to make a follow safe.

### Advanced follow method (Old way)
This feature can follow users from any user’s followers or following pages (e.g. poshmark.com/user/username/followers), including your own if you would like to follow back all of your followers, or cut back on the number you are following.

The maximum number of people to follow from someone's followers or following list is 1000. *That's Poshmark's limitation. They allow loading only the first 1000 people from the list.*\
\
Fill the follow list/queue from several closet's and PosherVA will follow these people during a day in background mode with automatically adjust speed, and control the follow process.

#### From someone's following or followers page
1\) Navigate to someone's closet followers or following page where you would like to follow people. Example of the page \
2\) Open the PosherVA **Follow tab**.\
3\) Click **Add** on the Follow from the page section
**(OPTIONAL)** When you navigate someone's closet page, you can quickly add to follow people from the followers or the following list. To do that click on the PosherVA context buttons (icon with two hangers on the right side of a page) and click on one of the options.

### Follow New People - Fresh Closet
Fresh Closets are those people who have recently posted their first item to their Poshmark Closet. You may also notice a few people in this section who have added more than one item to start.
When you open it in the Poshmark mobile app section, **Find New People -> Fresh Closet** tab, these a list of people.
**In the PosherVA:**
1\) Open the PosherVA Follow tab.\
2\) Enter the number of people to follow\
3\) Click **Add** on the Fresh Closet section
When you entered the number of people to follow and click Add, the PosherVA will fetch the number of people from Find New People -> Fresh Closet and follow them once. It won't fetch newly added people every day or continuously.
### Follow New People - Just Joined
People in the Just Joined section of the New People page are members who just created their accounts, but have not yet added an item to their closet. You might also find new users only interested in buying on Poshmark in this area.
1\) Open the PosherVA Follow tab.\
2\) Enter the number of people to follow\
3\) Click **Add** on the Just Joined section
When you entered the number of people to follow and click Add, the PosherVA will fetch the number of people from **Find New People -> Just Joined** and follow them once. It won't fetch newly added people every day or continuously.
### Example of setup
1. Set the Daily follow limit to 5000.
2. Enter 2000 to Follow new People in Frech Closet
3. Enter 2000 to Follow new People in Just Joined
4. Repeat steps from 2 to 3 a few times. And as a result, the PosherVA will have to work for few days to follow different people.
### Notes
What is **Follow queue** ��**?**
That's a persistent list of Follow tasks, what PosherVA store in browser special memory, to remember the follow task that you added and running it one by one. It's important to running follow tasks consistently to look more natural, like a human doing it.

# Auto-Scroll
Poshmark Auto-Scroll is a useful feature when you need to scroll down your whole closet, but that's too long and tedious to do it manually, especially if you have hundreds of listings.
### Steps
1. Navigate to the closet page where you would like to do Auto-Scroll.
2. When you get to the closet, click on the PosherVA [**Context menu icon**](/interface-overview/context-menu)
3. Click on **Start Auto Scroll**, or **Stop Auto Scroll** in a case when Auto-Scroll is running, and you want to stop it.
# Schedule Sharing
Set Schedule Sharing automatically by time and take free time for yourself.

You can create multiple Schedules with different times and different share options.\
\
Every Schedule remembers the share options that were chosen before you click schedule. So you can add different schedules, like share to followers, and the next one share to party.

Schedule Sharing Automatically allows you to start the sharing process for any time within the next 24 hours, or every day at a specific time.
It's a pretty simple but powerful feature. You can choose any sharing options on the SHARE tab and **instead** of start share **immediately**, as you usually did it, set a time within the next 24 hours when to start it. Also, you can create the schedule sharing what will start **every day** at the same time.

Turn Screen Savers, Sleep Modes, or other energy-saving modes off.

### **How to setup Schedule**
I recommend you share your closet at least 3 times a day, in the morning, a day, and evening time. For the Poshmark - **Share More, Sell More!** That's true.
Setup 4 schedules to start sharing automatically every day at a time.\
**Add schedules with next time: 8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00PM, 8:00 PM.**
Set the sharing options as on the image:
Click the **Schedule** button and choose the time and click schedule. It's your computer time/timezone.
**To add a new time to schedule click again the Schedule button, and set a new time.**

If you have an active listing more than 2000, set **Continues Loop** to 1\
For 1000 - 1500 set **Continues Loop** to 2\
For less 1000 set set **Continues Loop** to 2\
Continues sharing - allows sharing closet a few times from start to end in one session.

### **How to change or delete share Schedules**
You can't edit share time in added Schedules. You need to remove the old one and add a new one.\
To remove the Schedule, click on the red symbol right on the schedule name.

We can't sync schedules between computers due to browser technical limitations, and how browser extension works. We are looking for a solution to that.

### **FAQ**
**Can I schedule Share to Party?**\
Yes, there are no limits on a type of sharing or other options. You can choose any sharing options available on the SHARE tab.
#### How many schedule actions can I add?
Up to 20 actions with different start times.
#### What happened if schedule sharing will start while sharing running started by me?
Nothing, the schedule sharing won't start, it will disappear.
#### Does it disappear if I close a browser or shutdown a computer?
***No***. It's safe to do it. Added schedulers are persistent.
#### Does it work with the close browser or on the computer turned off?
***No***. You have to keep your computer **On with an open browser**. You can minimize a browser or switch to any other program.
#### What time zone is the Schedule use?
It's always the time of your computer.
### Rulees and suggestions:
1. Don't forget to set the right [**Daily sharing limit**](/interface-overview/popup-window/options-tab#sharing-options), to avoid oversharing and share jail.
2. Keep your computer plugged when you leave it for a long time.
3. Disable Sleep mode on your computer. Schedule sharing won't start if computer sleep.

You can schedule sharing for other people's closets ongoing.
#### Steps:
1. Open the page of the closet from which you want to share items, for example. Someone else closet page
2. Open the **PosherVA** popup window.
3. Select **Type of Sharing: To Followers**.
4. Select **Source of items: From current page**.
5. Choose **Sharing speed**. Medium or slow is always a good choice.
6. Enter the **Number of items to share.** It's essential to enter the number of items to share. Otherwise, the tool will share someone's entire closet.
7. Press **Schedule**
8. Choose time and press **Schedule**
**You can see added Schedule son the top of SHARE tab.**
**To see the Schedule details (source of items or speed), press on the Schedule name.**

# Bulk price update
#### What it is?
The **Bulk price update** feature allows update price UP or DOWN for all listings or part listing from the closet.
## Before you start, one moment, please 🙌
**Be careful with this feature. It edits your public (current) listing price.** Make sure you understand how that works, contact us with any questions.
With **Bulk price update/edit** can be decreased or increased listing prices.
#### Did you know that listing has two prices?
* **Current listing prices (public)** - that price that everyone sees publicly on the listing price.
* **Lowest historical price** - lowest price that your listing was ever at. So if you currently have an item for $25, but it was priced at $18 several months ago, the lowest historical still be $18.
You can drop both these prices with PosherVA. Drop Lowest historical price on CCO day to make sales.\
And drop Current listing prices to move the old inventory. \

Every listing price update also counts as a shearing action because after update a listing price, it automatically shared by Poshmark.

### How to use it?
1. Open the popup PosherVA window
2. Go to your closet to the **ACTIONS** tab
3. Click on **Bulk price updating** to open options.
4. Choose **Mode**
* **Drop price** - to decrease the price by percentage
* **Increase price** - to increase a price by percentage
5. Enter the **percentage** that you’d like to modify your current/lowest historical listing prices.
6. Enter **Min num of likers** - a minimum number of likers in listings. When you drop prices on Closet Clearout day the likers receive notification about price changes.
7. Choose a subset of items:
* **All** - update price for all available items in the closet.
* **Subset from page** - use posh closet's filters to select a specific category or brand from the closet - [More details on how to use.](/interface-overview/what-is-subset-from-page)
8. Enter **Minimum** and **Maximum** price do update prices for specific prices range. \
For example: To update the price for items with a price of more than $25, set 25 for Min and 0 for Max. Min and Max values included in the range.
9. Enter values for **Min** and **Max** items age in days. \
For example: To drop the price for items listed more than 90 days ago, set 90 for Min and 0 for Max.
10. **Reverse order** - choice listings load order, default - from top to bottom. Every item after price update is sharing automatically, choose the preferred order.
11. Click **Start** OR **Preview.**
#### What is Preview
The Preview option allows seeing of the update results **without** applying it to listings. After click Preview in the Activity log, you will see all details about listings update price, with a price before the update and after, but these **changes don't applied** to a listing. It just shows the possible changes.
#### What is the lowest historical price?
Poshmark remembers your listing's lowest price and while Close Clear session shipping discount applies only when the price drop is 10% from the lowest historical price.
To find out the listing lowest price, open **Edit Listing ->** Tap on the **Price Drop Tool** icon to the right of **Listing Price.** And you will see **Suggested Price,** that's the lowest price minus 10%.

### How does it work with a built-in shipping discount?
PosherVA overwrites the built-in shipping discount in the item while sending the Offer to Likers.
*What is a build-in shipping discount? Since March 2021 you can set a shipping discount while listing the item.*
### How to use it?
**On the Actions tab, select Automatic OTL.**
**Offer delay** in minutes refers to how many minutes after the like the offer will be sent.
**Offer discount type** is the type of discount to offer. [Learn more below](#offer-discount-type). You can customize your offers by using a range of parameters, such as price, item age, and category. This enhancement provides flexibility in making strategic decisions and engaging with your likers more effectively.\
\- Fixed Percentage Discount\
\- Price-dependent Percentage Discount\
\- Age-dependent Percentage Discount\
\- By Categories
**Your Offer** refers to the percent off the current discount price to offer.
**Shipping Discount Mode** refers to if you will offer a fixed shipping discount or flexible (depending on the listing price).
**Minimum Net Earnings** is the minimum you want to earn (after Posh fees and the shipping discount). PosherVA will skip items that don’t meet your minimum.
**Maximum price of Items** allows you to exclude items by price.
**Exclude items listed in the last x hours** allows you to exclude items by age.
**Exclude items with New tags** allows you to exclude items with New tag from offers.
**Exclude Boutique** allows you to exclude boutique items.

Offer delay has a bit of randomization delay of 3-4 minutes to make it safer and doesn't look like exactly a robot for Poshmark. So if you sed delay 15 minutes, some offers can send in 18 minutes after a like happened.

### Flexible Shipping
Set different shipping discounts, depending on the price of the item. Offer a buyer free shipping for high price items and a partial shipping discount for low-priced items.\
Toggle the option **Flexible Shipping** to activate it and set the division price.\

\- shipping offer Free (you pay 7.45) if an item current price more or equal then YOUR VALUE

### Fixed Percentage Discount
Send the same discount for all items.
### Price-dependent Percentage Discount
This allows you to offer flexible discounts based on the listing price of your item.\
For example, you might choose to offer 10% off of items priced under $50, 15% off items priced $51-$100, etc.
You can create multiple custom rules to allow for flexible percentage discounts based on the current listing price.
Note that the accompanying shipping discount is flexible, too! This allows you to maintain control of your profit by offering the best deal possible to the buyer by setting rules to be sure you protect your earnings.
### Age-dependent Percentage Discount
This allows you to offer flexible discounts based on the recency or age of your listing.
For example, you might choose to offer a smaller discount on newer items and a larger discount on older items.
You can create multiple custom rules to allow for flexible percentage discounts based on the age of the listing.
Note that the accompanying shipping discount is flexible, too!\
This allows you to maintain control of your profit by offering a lower discount on newer items but more aggressive discounts on older listings.
### By Categories
This allows you to offer flexible discounts based on the category of the item.
First, you create a default offer that will apply to all unspecified items.
The default offer will be sent on all categories unless you create a custom rule for a specific category.
Then, you create custom rules based on category. You can create multiple rules.
Note that the accompanying shipping discount is flexible, too!
For example, above I created a rule that PosherVA will automatically send offers for 20% off and free shipping on all women’s bags. You can create as many as you would like to control your profit with custom offers by category!
### Exclude certain items from Offers

If you don't want to offer a discount on certain items, you can exclude them from the offer. Here's how:
1. Copy the item URL that you want to add to the Exclude list
2. Click on **Edit** on the OfferWatcher
3. Click on Add Item
4. Paste the Item URL
5. Click on **Save item**
6. Click on **Save** to save the updated OfferWatcher options.

# Activity Returner
The Activity Returner returns Shares and Follows from other users. For each share from a user, the module will share a number of items from that user’s closet. As usual, it will skip sold items and Meet the Posher listings.
### At the moment, we have two versions of Activity Returner.

### What is the difference between them?
#### *(NEW) Auto Activity Returner*
The Auto Activity Returner works ongoing and automatically returns new activities. Once you start the process, the tool automatically scans the /share and /follow feeds every 20 minutes, with some randomization to look natural, and returns the newly received activity.

The (OLD)Activity Returner (old version) - you need to start it every time you want to return activities for **the past.** You can choose the date-time range when activities were received and return it.
For example, to return shares received for the past 24 hours, you must select the past 24 hours date-time range and start the process. Once the tool loads these activities and returns them, the process stops. And the next time you want to return shares and follow, you need to start the process again.

# (OLD) Activity Returner

The (OLD)Activity Returner (old version) - you need to start it every time you want to return activities for **the past.** You can choose the date-time range when activities were received and return it.

#### How to use
1. Open the popup PosherVA window
2. Navigate to the **ACTIONS** tab
3. Click on **Activity Returner** to open options.
4. Select which type of activity you would like to return - Shares, and Follows checkboxes.
5. Enter the number of shares returns per someone's closet who shared your listings.
6. Select the time range for newsfeed activities, by default activities for the past 24 hours.
7. Select speed - delay between shares or follow event.
8. Click **Start.**
#### How to select the time range and speed
# Closet Organizer
Organize closet by moving listing around in the closet.
When you organize items in a way that you want, the PosherVA **will share listings in this order**.
#### Steps
1\) Go to your closet, select ‘Available’ items
2\) Choose only **Available** items on the left closet panel. Otherwise, the *Sold* and *Not For Sale* also will be shared.
3\) Click on the PosherVA icon on the closet page (on right)
4\) Click **Start Auto Scroll** - that automatically scrolls the page down, to load all items.
5\) After all items are loaded, click again the Icon and click **Organize Closet**
6\) Drag the items around until you like the order.
7\) Then, click **Save Organized closet** in the icon.
The following popup should appear.

# Relist/Delist
The PosherVA Relist/Delist feature copy item and then delete the old listing. If the relisting item is **older than 60 days**, the new listing will be placed under the "Just In" category.
## **Warning/Disclaimer**

If you use Vendoo or List-perfectly to manage inventory and crosslist. After using the PosherVA delist/relist feature, your listing in crosslist-app inventory will **NO longer be connected** to the "SAME" Poshmark listing. \
That means when you mark an item as sold in the croslist-app, it will not be able to delist an item from Poshmark because the item link is changed.

**The current limitation of the Relist/Delist:**
1. We are using the Poshmark Copy listing feature to create a new listing from exiting. If the relisting item is older than 60 days, the new item will be placed under the "Just In" category.
2. Can't relist items with active offers.
3. Can't relist item with Multi-size or Variables items
We are working on an update to solve this limitation.
### Relist/Delist limits
As we know, the roughly daily relist/list limit is up to 200 listings. **We don't recommend relisting more than 100-150**. Also, the approximate hourly relist/list limit is up to 40-50. The tool automatically pauses and restores the process after 40 items to keep you safe.
### How to use Relist/Delist feature
1. Open the ACTIONS tab in the PosherVA extension and click on the Relist/Delist
2\. Enter the item's age to relist the item older than X days.
3\. Enter the number of items you intend to relist within the session.
4\. Turn on **Raise price** if you want to increase the price when relisting.\
4.1. Choice raise mode:\
\-- on %: increase every relisted items price by 10% or more \
\-- on flat amount: increase relisted items' price on a fixed amount.
6. 7\. Click **Start** - to launch the relist right now \
or **Schedule** to add parameters to launch relist automatically by the time later.

# How to Force an Update of Chrome Extensions
When we push an update to the PosherVA Chrome extension, it'll take your Google Chrome a variable amount of time to actually execute that update. To force that update to happen right now, please do the following:

There's two option to force the extension update:
* **option A)** Uninstall the extension and then install it back. Open the link and click **Remove from Chrome** [**https://posherva.com/chrome**](https://posherva.com/chrome)\
**!!!!! After Uninstall you need to add new schedules because they disappear.**

* **BETTER/ Preferred method:** Follow the below instruction:
1. Go to your Chrome settings (3 dots in the upper right of Google Chrome)
2. Select "More Tools"
3. Select "Extensions"
4. **Turn on developer mode**
5. Select "UPDATE" several times (5 times).
6. (Optional) Turn off developer mode.

#### Prevent your Mac from sleeping when the display is off
## The latest Mac OS version - Ventura
1\. Use the Apple Menu to launch the **System Settings** app on your Mac.\
2\. Scroll down to find **Displays** in the left sidebar and click to open it.
3\. Scroll down the right sidebar and open the **Advanced…** setting.
4\. Under **Battery & Energy**, enable the toggle next to **Prevent automatic sleeping on power adapter when the display is off**.
5\. Use the **Done** button to save changes.
Now even when the display is off, your Mac will not sleep. However, note that this setting only works when our Mac is connected to a power source. If your Mac is on battery power, it will sleep after the display turns off.
